I took the drone out to Lewis Pond today to get some video and a few photos of the fall foliage. I’ll post a few photos for now and will edit and upload a video for tomorrow.

Foliage update 9/26/16
The cold weather arrived as forecast this past weekend. Yesterday we only managed a high of 52°. When you added in the wind it felt pretty cold compared to the temperatures we had been seeing here in the NEK. This morning the low was 30.5° here in Island Pond.
I did get a chance to fly the drone earlier and got a few photos of the current fall foliage conditions. I also got a little video footage to sort through in order to put together a video. When I get it uploaded to YouTube I post a link here.

Spring is in the air
Temperatures in the NEK have warmed up over the past week. As you can see on the graph our weather station recorded a high of 68.3°F on Sunday.
With the warmer weather I’m happy to report that the ice is out on Island Pond, as well as Spectacle Pond.
